Location: Mostly Work from Home (Based in Gujarat – India)

Working Hours: 5 AM to 2 PM with a half-hour break, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Services Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a work-from-home position, offering the convenience of flexible hours while ensuring work-life balance with weekends off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance reports for various clients.
  • Prepare monthly management reports for the clients
  • Provide expert accounting advice and support to clients on financial matters.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to understand their accounting needs.
  • Assist with business planning and financial forecasting for clients.
  • Ensure timely completion and submission of all accounting deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting practices.
  • Efficiently complete any tasks allocated to you, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all assignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (CPA, CA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a public practice firm.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
